Job summary

CNH Group, a Crumbl Cookies Franchisee, is seeking a Shift Lead in Arlington, VA. After a 2-week training period, you will manage each scheduled shift, directing Bakers and upholding Crumbl's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. You will join meetings, support the General Manager, and have opportunities to advance within Crumbl.

The role also involves resolving customer issues, scheduling, and adopting Crumbl's practices daily. A dynamic, Open Bakery environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a food-service environment.
• Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate.
• Completion of all internal training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manager on Duty during scheduled shifts, assign staff and enforce policy.
• Resolve customer service issues via phone, lobby, and online.
• Mentor and train entry-level staff.
• Mentor and train team on The Crumbl Way.
• Coordinate dough production, dessert decoration, and baking schedules.
• Execute opening, shift-change, and closing procedures with checklists.
