Crumbl Cookies in Wisconsin is seeking dependable leaders to guide shifts, support the team, and ensure a great experience for customers and coworkers.

As a Shift Lead you will oversee flow during busy periods, coach teammates, and help with baking, customer service, and daily store operations.

This hands-on role rewards strong communication, calm leadership, and a positive work ethic, with Sundays off and opportunities for growth.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated leaders who enjoy working with a team, staying organized, and helping create a great experience for both customers and coworkers.

As a Shift Lead at Crumbl, you’ll help guide the flow of each shift by supporting the team, maintaining product quality, and helping daily operations run smoothly. This role is hands-on and works alongside the crew throughout the shift, from baking and customer service to coaching team members and handling challenges as they come up.

Some shifts can get busy, especially during weekends and rushes, so we’re looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and lead by example.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting bakers and crew members throughout the shift

They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their perfect cookie quest' to the people.
