Job summary

Crumbl is seeking a Shift Leader to guide crew during each shift, ensuring production goals are met and operations run smoothly when management is not present. You’ll train staff, coordinate with assistants and the GM, and lead efforts to deliver great customer experiences.

A positive attitude, leadership training, and a food-handling permit help you stand out. 18+ and ability to handle stress are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current food handler’s permit or be willing to obtain one before employment.
• Management experience in a restaurant/bakery is preferred.
• All shift leads undergo paid leadership training and certification.
• Ability to handle stress effectively.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Create daily game plans to keep dough and frosting production on track.
• Ensure we do not run out of dough or toppings.
• Provide excellent customer service and de-escalate customer issues.
• Know Crumbl technology to assist customers with ordering and troubleshooting.
• Monitor crew productivity and recognize top performers while enforcing policies.
• Train new and struggling crew members on all stations (mixers, ovens, dressing station, dough, POS, back of house).
• Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere and complete daily shift checklists.
