Job summary

CNH Group, a Crumbl Cookies Franchisee in Exton, PA, is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily store operations during scheduled shifts and guide a team of Bakers to maintain Crumbl's standards. After a two-week training, you will handle opening, shift changes, and closing, resolve customer issues, mentor new staff, and help sustain a welcoming, fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Food service leadership experience required.
• Availability for some weekend shifts; Sundays closed.
• Willingness to open/close store as needed.
• Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate.
• Complete internal training within 90 days.
• Comfort with smartphone apps, spreadsheets, email and calendars.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations as Manager on Duty during shifts.
• Resolve customer service issues via phone, lobby, and online.
• Mentor and train new staff.
• Mentor staff on The Crumbl Way.
• Coordinate dough production, dessert decoration, and baking schedules.
• Execute opening, shift-change and closing procedures.
• Support a culture of integrity, responsibility and excellence.
