Aspire Bakeries LLC is hiring a Sanitation Operator for our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. You will maintain a clean, safe facility to support food safety, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across production and support areas.

The role requires standing, bending, lifting, and working in varying temperatures, with a 1st shift (6 AM–2:30 PM) and weekend availability. Hourly rate is $20.00–$21.00, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Physical capability for cleaning tasks including standing, lifting, and bending.
• Willingness to work in variable temperatures and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of facility surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings, drains) per sanitation schedules.
• Manage waste disposal processes to keep the workplace clean and organized.
• Execute sanitation procedures for production equipment during downtime and maintenance periods.
• Operate and maintain sanitation equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers) for safe conditions.
• Ensure sanitation tools and supplies are properly maintained and ready for use.
• Support audit readiness by preparing the facility for inspections and customer visits.
• Identify and report potential contamination risks to promote food safety.
