Ensures merchandise is fresh and properly priced with correct signage; handles unsaleable items per policy.
Assists in production of breads and pastries; follows production logs and recipes.
Maintains department sanitation and safety; follows cleaning schedules and PPE guidelines.
May assist with receiving deliveries and operating a power jack.
Cooperates with coworkers and supervisors to minimize shrink and improve performance.
