Job summary

Levain Bakery is seeking a Retail Team Member to deliver warm, helpful customer service, maintain a clean store, and support daily operations. You will reflect the Levain brand and help create repeat visits.

Open availability, strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced setting are essential. Prior retail experience is preferred, and you will work with Toast POS and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Open availability: mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25+ pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Read and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities
