Job summary

Levain Bakery is seeking a Retail Team Member in New York City to deliver warm, accurate customer service and maintain an inviting store environment. You will support daily operations, greet customers, and uphold Levain’s brand standards with attention to product knowledge and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/push up to 25+ pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Read and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, helpful, and accurate customer service reflecting the Levain brand.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment and assist daily operations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations and effective communication.
