Job summary

Levain Bakery is seeking a Retail Team Member in Washington, DC, to deliver warm, accurate customer service and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment. You will support daily operations and collaborate with a friendly team to ensure fantastic guest experiences.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, a people-forward attitude, and availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with Toast POS is a plus, with benefits and tips included.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.
