Der Dutchman Restaurant Walnut Creek is hiring for a part-time hospitality role where you’ll greet guests, take orders, process payments and help keep the dining and bakery areas neat. Based on experience, pay is hourly with flexible evenings and weekend shifts.

You’ll learn guest preferences, work as part of a team, and gain on-the-job training along with benefits like medical insurance options for eligible staff.

Responsabilidades

• Answer the telephone
• Take orders for carry-out, forward to the kitchen and package when done
• Process lunch orders for staff members efficiently
• Price items
• Make sure shelves are stocked and organized with fresh products
• Make change and process credit card payments
• Balance cash, credit cards, and gift certificate purchases at end of shift
• Assemble boxes as needed or requested
• Inspect bakery retail area for neatness and cleanliness

Job Type

• No Sunday hours
• Part-time flexible schedule
• Work rotating schedules including some evenings, Saturdays and holidays
• On-the-job training provided
