Easy-Foods is seeking a Bakery R&D Scientist for our Tortilla Manufacturing division to lead new product development from concept to shelf. You will turn trends into tangible innovations while fine-tuning formulations for flavor, texture, shelf life, and scalability.

The role requires tortilla/flatbread and flour-based baked goods experience, with a must for bakery expertise. You will work closely with production, marketing, and QA to launch winning products in a fast-growing facility located in

Qualifications

• Bakery/food product development experience required.
• Strong knowledge of dough, batter, and formulation.
• Ability to translate trends into commercial tortilla products.

Responsibilities

• Develop new tortilla and snack products from concept to launch.
• Refine formulations for flavor, texture, shelf life, and scale.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and QA to bring winners to market.
• Evaluate ingredient COAs and troubleshoot production issues.
• Drive innovative thinking beyond traditional tortillas.
