Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in bakery product development, preferably with frozen dough and tortillas.
• Demonstrated success in product development, formulation, and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of new products and line extensions.
• Translate customer and marketing requirements into product specifications.
• Manage shelf-life testing and oversee product testing activities.
• Document results and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing for target identification and prototypes.
