Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior QA/QC experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with allergen handling and GMPs is desirable.
• Ability to learn QA/QC methods and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule at shift start to plan tests and documentation.
• Identify and report non-conformances to QA Management with feedback and training guidance.
• Complete daily reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collect and monitor product samples for retention and testing.
• Assist in data collection and use QC equipment to monitor processes.
• Support development and compliance of Food Safety programs.
• Assist with plant-wide training on food safety deficiencies and corrective actions.
