Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for documenting results and ensuring accuracy in testing.
• Knowledge of QA/QC concepts and food safety practices is required.
• Ability to read, interpret SOPs, and follow GMP guidelines.
• English reading/writing is required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review daily shift schedule and plan paperwork, tests, and documentation.
• Address production issues that affect product safety and quality.
• Report, record, and communicate findings and non-conformances to QA Management.
• Complete daily reports and ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
• Collect and monitor product samples for retention and testing.
• Assist with data collection and use QC equipment properly.
• Maintain storage and holding procedures for products.
• Support development and compliance of Food Safety programs and training.
• Identify root causes of process/product failures and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain professional conduct with team, management, and customers.
• Available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
