GRUMA in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct the production department lines under the Department Manager. You will supervise a team of up to 35 employees, ensuring GMP compliance, controlling parameters within budget, and serving as liaison between managers and hourly staff.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 3 years of production experience, and 2+ years in supervision or 4 years as a lead.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing plant required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience or 4 years as a Lead in production.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of a production team up to 35 employees.
• Ensure processing activities conform to product specs and GMPs.
• Verify labor hours and payroll report accuracy.
• Schedule work assignments, vacations, and days off.
• Provide training and document training.
• Lead monthly safety and quality sessions and maintain records.
• Set measurable goals for continuous improvement.
• Enforce safety policies and regulations.
