Job summary

GRUMA Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor in Albuquerque, NM to direct and optimize the daily operation of all production lines. You will oversee up to 35 production staff, ensure GMP compliance, meet budgets, and act as a liaison between department managers and hourly employees.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, preferably in bakery/food sectors, and will drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing plant.
• 2 years supervisory experience or 4 years as Lead in production.
• Bakery or food/beverage manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of a team of up to 35 employees.
• Ensure processing activities meet product specs and GMPs.
• Schedule shifts, vacations, and days off for hourly staff.
• Verify labor hours and payroll accuracy.
• Provide training and document training performed.
• Lead safety and quality sessions; maintain records.
