Job summary

You will work closely with the Production & Quality Control Manager to ensure safe, consistent production per approved procedures and quality requirements.

The role involves batch record reviews, product sampling, equipment operation, coaching, and continuous improvement, without formal personnel-management authority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, production, quality, or related roles.
• Hands-on GMP-regulated manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach peers and communicate effectively.
• Experience with batch records and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on production to meet daily manufacturing goals.
• Reinforce GMPs, SOPs, sanitation, and traceability on the floor.
• Review batch records and sample products to ensure quality.
• Coach and develop team members for process improvement.
• Identify deviations and escalate issues per procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper documentation.
• Assist with equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Support cross-training and lean initiatives.
