Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production experience in manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience in a production plant is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of a team of up to 35 employees.
• Schedule work assignments, vacations, and days off for hourly staff.
• Verify labor hours and payroll report accuracy.
• Provide training and document training.
• Lead monthly safety and quality sessions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and product specifications.
• Resolve team conflicts and document disciplinary actions.
• Set measurable goals for continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety policies and regulations are enforced.
