Responsibilities

• Directs the operation of shift production, assigning tasks and monitoring schedules to meet standards.
• Instructs production technicians and outsourced labor on equipment safety and operation.
• Reviews records to ensure proper use of time and materials and inspects product quality.
• Keeps equipment in good operating condition and ensures a safe working environment.
• Promotes positive employee relations and interdepartmental communication.
• Plans and adjusts work assignments to cover all phases of production.
• Operates facility metal detector as trained and certified.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, including EEO, safety, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Supports training and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of the work area and attendance adherence.
