Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in plant production work.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; completion of AIB Bakery Science Residence Program preferred.
• Formal management skills training program completion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs shift production operations to meet standards, schedules and safety policies.
• Instructs production technicians and outsourced labor on equipment use and care.
• Monitors time, materials and quality; conducts inspections and maintains product integrity.
• Ensures equipment is in good operating condition and enforces safety procedures.
• Plans work assignments and may operate facility metal detectors with required training.
