Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Production Supervisor for a food manufacturing facility. The role oversees a bakery operation across first, second, and third shifts, leading 15–25 production staff to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

You will join an established supervisory team in a hands-on leadership role with room for professional growth, coaching and developing staff and collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to address issues and ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Bakery or frozen-food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and hold team accountable.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
