Mancini's Bakery in McKees Rocks, PA is hiring a Bakery Production Supervisor/Shift Manager. This salaried role requires 5+ years of experience overseeing production and packaging teams, with hands-on daily management in a 24/7 operation.

You will ensure GMP/FSMA compliance, monitor quality and safety, and drive downtime reduction while coordinating with multiple departments and using standard software tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of production/shift management experience in food manufacturing.
• Able to work in a 24/7 operation with flexible hours.
• Must pass drug screen, physical and background checks as required.
• Strong communication and hands-on daily management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and packaging teams on assigned shift.
• Maintain GMP and FSMA compliance and document inspections.
• Monitor product quality and food safety program compliance.
• Minimize downtime and improve bakery performance.
• Operate industry software and MS Office applications.
• Communicate effectively with all departments (Production, Customer Service, Maintenance).
• Document results and complete required company reporting.
• Adhere to company conduct standards and integrity expectations.
