Job summary

151-Food is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide front-line leadership for one or more production lines from mixing to baking. You will motivate and develop frontline employees to achieve outstanding manufacturing results, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage shift performance, ensure compliance with HACCP, Food GMPs and OSHA, and coordinate with maintenance to meet KPIs in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant food field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, Food GMPs, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to work long 10+ hour shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line leadership across production lines to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Coach, train, and develop a diverse workforce; conduct shift huddles.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and sanitation policies are followed.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to meet KPIs.
