Mancini's Bakery, a family-owned wholesale bread bakery in McKees Rocks, PA, seeks a Production Supervisor/Shift Manager. The role oversees the shift's production and packaging teams, ensures GMP/FSMA compliance, and maintains product quality.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5+ years of experience in production management.
• Must be extremely reliable.
• Experience with GMP/FSMA compliance is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production and packaging teams on assigned shift.
• Maintain GMP and FSMA compliance.
• Monitor product quality and food safety program compliance; document results.
• Implement programs to minimize downtime and improve bakery performance.
• Operate industry software and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Communicate effectively with Production, Customer Service, Maintenance, and others.
• Complete all reporting requirements and adhere to company standards.
