Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for our bakery operations. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high‑quality products while meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership position offers growth within an established supervisory team and emphasizes teamwork with maintenance, quality, and other departments. On-site work with a strong emphasis on safety and productivity is required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and GMPs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance and quality to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
