Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and training abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Supervise and develop production team through coaching and training.
