Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production schedules, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to train, lead, and effectively communicate with teams in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate production schedules with Materials Management to meet demand.
• Monitor line performance, downtime, and waste; implement improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with product specs through inspection and control.
• Train and develop team members on quality standards and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, performance, and cost.
