Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Bakes, cools, wraps, and labels products.
• Stocks dry products and merchandises items.
• Develops recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures accurate signage.
