Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior bakery production or related role experience.
• Knowledge of bakery production methods and standards.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations including proper handling, sanitation and storage.
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of shift and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Operates and supervises a continuous production line.
• Rotates duties among filler, wrapper, packing and stacking tasks.
• Visually inspects product for quality and quantity.
• Reports equipment issues to supervisor promptly.
• Follows all safety procedures in daily operations.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment and PPE usage.
• Maintains courteous service towards guests, customers and co-workers.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and food safety practices.
• Ensures security of company and client assets.
