Qualifications

• Two years related bakery or production experience.
• Requires ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Checks production schedules for job assignment and reporting time.
• Operates scales ingredients, mixer, dough pump and related equipment.
• Performs startup/shutdown sanitation and operator's preventive maintenance.
• Ensures work area is clean and organized and complies with safety rules.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision and follows company policies.
