Job summary

Aspire Bakeries in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery - Depanner - 1st Shift to run and adjust bakery production equipment, ensuring products meet quality, food safety, and GMP standards. You will help start-ups and changeovers, maintain clean work areas, complete production records, and support uptime with strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork.

Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic equipment troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust bakery production equipment to support efficient production operations.
• Monitor product quality and food safety standards to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP standards.
• Troubleshoot and communicate equipment or production issues to minimize downtime.
• Support equipment startups, changeovers, and daily production activities.
• Follow established recipes, production processes, and GMPs to ensure product consistency.
