Aspire Bakeries LLC in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Packaging to support packaging operations on the 1st shift (4:00 AM - 12:30 PM). You will operate packaging equipment, monitor product quality, and maintain safe, efficient production while adhering to GMP and food safety standards.

Ideal candidates read, write, and perform basic math, work well in a team, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Prior packaging or production experience is preferred; strong reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to meet specs and production needs.
• Monitor product quality and food safety standards during packaging.
• Package bakery products using manual and automated processes to meet goals.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work areas in GMP compliance.
• Communicate equipment, quality, safety and production concerns to teammates.
• Follow schedules, running orders and procedures to support production.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance objectives.
