Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate shift activities to ensure quality and safety.
• Set up equipment for startup and continuous operation.

• Collaborate with engineering for equipment adjustments.
• Ensure adequate packaging supplies for smooth runs.
• Train employees and enforce company policies.
