Job summary

Franz Family Bakery in Tualatin, Oregon is seeking a full-time production worker to perform manual labor tasks on the production line. You will grasp, lift, move, place, and stack items, identify and sort bakery products, and record quality data per SQF procedures.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in production line duties at a bakery is preferred.
• Work experience in other industrial, manufacturing or production-line environment may substitute.
• Ability to work in a high temperature environment supporting fast paced machinery.
• Ability to quickly learn new job tasks and flexibility to work in different jobs as needed.
• Must have reliable attendance to meet employer’s attendance standards for 24/7 production facility.
• Adherence to company core values.

Responsibilities

• Grasp, lift, move, place, and stack items for production processes.
• Identify, count, sort and visually inspect bakery items.
• Accurately record product analysis data or counts per SQF procedures.
• Maintain workflow from production conveyors.
• Work in a safe manner at all times.
• Support and adherence to IBR Core Values.
• Related duties as assigned.
