Harvest Moon Baking Company in Colorado is seeking a Production Manager to plan and execute all production processes, monitor quality standards, and manage costs. Responsibilities include inventory, scheduling, team organization, and ensuring GMP/SQF adherence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills required.
• Ability to lead, mentor staff and uphold company standards.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Familiarity with Flexibake and MS Office programs.
• Willingness to adapt to varying hours, including Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Create production schedules.
• Daily reconciliation of all mix recipes in Flexibake.
• Daily reconciliation of case counts in Flexibake.
• Oversee quality control throughout the production process.
• Ensure all production meets deadlines and budget constraints.
• Monitor production equipment efficiency and maintenance needs.
• Conduct period-end inventory of raw materials.
• Notify Shipping/Receiving of material shortages.
• Direct sanitation team and support cross-department coordination.
• Coach and mentor staff; attend weekly manager meetings.
