Job summary

Feine, a growing bakery and commissary operation in Bridgeport, is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily bakery and commissary production.

You will lead the production team, coordinate planning, inventory, quality, and deliveries, and ensure on-time, high‑quality products for our stores and customers.

This role requires bakery or food‑production experience, prior supervision, strong organization, and ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).

This role is a good fit for someone with strong bakery or food production experience who enjoys both working alongside a team and keeping the bigger operation organized. The Production Manager will help coordinate production, inventory, staffing, quality, food safety, and deliveries while making sure our stores and customers receive the products they need on time and at the quality we expect.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a schedule based on production and business needs. Availability for early mornings and weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays when scheduled, is required.
