Harvest Moon Baking Company is seeking a Bake Team Member to produce high-quality bread in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will oversee dough scoring, proofing, oven operation, and quality checks to ensure products meet appearance and texture standards.

Attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety are required for consistent results. The role supports a production-focused team with shifts from 10am–6:30pm or 1:30pm–10pm, Monday through Friday, offering competitive starting pay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food production or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Move products from proofers to ovens in a timely manner.
• Monitor ovens for proper temperature and bake times.
• Inspect products for quality before and after baking.
• Remove finished products for packaging area promptly.
• Rotate to other production areas as needed and follow PPE rules.
