Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is hiring a Production Lead for our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. You will coordinate production and packing teams to meet daily schedules and ensure safe, efficient operations on the 2nd shift with weekend availability.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to food safety standards, and collaboration across Quality, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Shipping teams. We offer a culture focused on care, ownership, and growth, with a competitive pay rate of $25.00–$26.25 per hour

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead, assign, and coordinate team members.
Working knowledge of production equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and direct production and packing team activities to meet daily production schedules.
Perform operator duties while providing break and lunch coverage as needed.
Train, cross-train, and support team members in equipment operation and setup.
Ensure accurate and timely production reporting, downtime tracking, and SAP data entry.
Communicate and collaborate with Quality, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Shipping & Receiving teams.
Maintain food safety, quality, legality, and housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
Provide supervisory coverage, performance feedback, and issue resolution in the Supervisor's absence.
