Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a General Labor team member for its Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a General Laborer, you will form units to specifications, slice product tops, align product entering the oven, and monitor quality throughout the production process, while upholding GMP and sanitation standards.

We value integrity, teamwork, and growth, offering a competitive hourly rate of $18 and a schedule that includes 2nd shift, 2 PM–10:30 PM, with weekend availability required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments.
• Previous experience in the food industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-based production environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Flexible schedule; subject to change under management discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor high-speed continuous production lines.
• Set up and maintain line equipment in the filling room.
• Perform visual product inspections and regrades.
• Communicate with team members to ensure process continuity and quality standards.
• Maintain adequate stock of raw materials on the line.
• Perform basic cleaning and sanitation of line equipment.
• Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system as required.
• Perform manual lifting and adhere to all health and safety requirements.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
