Aspire Bakeries is seeking a General Labor, Bakery- Production - 1st Shift in Swedesboro, NJ. You will form units to specifications, align products entering the oven, and monitor quality while maintaining GMP standards on the production floor.

The role operates 1st shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with weekend availability required. Hourly rate is $18, and a team-based environment supports growth, safety, and reliable production output.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience in the food industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-based production environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Flexible schedule; shift may change.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed production lines.
• Set up and maintain line equipment in the filling room.
• Perform visual product inspections and regrades.
• Maintain hygiene and safety on the production floor.
• Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system.
• Perform basic cleaning and sanitation of line equipment.
