Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Bakery/Production Team Member to prepare, decorate, and stock breads and pastries. You will handle doughs, pans, and seasonal items while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will train others and support on-floor operations to ensure excellent customer service and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries.
• Cake decorating skills are a plus.
• Basic computer skills for standard systems.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for events/holidays.
• Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Arrives to work on time and completes assigned shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
