Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking skilled bakery team members to prepare breads, pastries, and desserts, while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers and teammates. You will help with stocking, decorating, and maintaining a clean, safe bakery area according to SOPs.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include producing doughs, pies, bars, and other baked goods; ensuring accurate labeling and pricing; and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Bakes, cools, wraps, and labels products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Trains staff to high standards.
• Performs production planning for events.
• Maintains Datapax modules.
• Provides courteous customer service and suggests selling techniques.
• Ensures proper pricing and displays.
