Job summary

Midwest-Foods-Manufacturing in Illinois is seeking production personnel to join the bakery team. You will be trained to produce, frost, sugar, fill and pack donuts for daily delivery, while complying with safety and quality standards.

Expect to follow GMPs, HACCP, FDA guidelines and maintain personal hygiene. On-site training is provided; weekend and evening shifts may be required, with reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Finish the required quantity of each donut variety in a timely manner following company standards.
• Frost, sugar, fill and pack donuts into transport racks for daily delivery.
• Maintain GMPs, HACCP, FDA and safety guidelines during the production shift.
• Report to work on time in clean clothing with non-slip shoes; maintain hygiene.
• Perform duties with adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Attend on-site training as offered.

Well established industrial bakery looking to fill various positions within the production department. Production personnel would be trained to produce, frost, sugar, fill and pack varieties of donuts into transport racks for daily delivery.

Description

• Responsible for finishing the required quantity of each donut variety in a timely manner following company standards.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Practices “Clean As You Go.”
• Report to work on time in a clean clothing and non-slip shoes. Maintain good personal hygiene.
• Perform according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, FDA and safety guidelines throughout the production shift.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.
