Job Summary

A Donut Production role involves mixing, frying, and decorating donuts, operating machinery, and following recipes to meet quality standards. Must be able to work Sunday -Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Thursday - Friday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Mixing ingredients
• Operating ovens/mixers
• Decorating

• Maintain sanitation

• Operating Fryers
• Operate Donut Glaze warmers
• Extruding
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous commercial food production experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with commercial mixers, ovens, and high-volume production techniques preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Capability to perform physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted, bending, climbing, standing, and walking.
• Adequate visual and auditory acuity.
• High-heat environments (ovens).
• Ability to work in cold temperatures (freezers/refrigerators).
• Fast-paced, team-oriented, and safety-conscious atmosphere.
