Maman is seeking a Prep Cook/Baker to prepare high-quality pastries and menu items, supporting daily bakery and cafe operations. You will help ensure consistency, efficiency, food safety, and presentation while collaborating with the BOH team.

The ideal candidate loves pastries, is willing to assist colleagues, and contributes to an energetic, guest-focused environment. Flexible availability and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous prep cook or back-of-house experience in a cafe, bakery, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with pastry preparation and basic baking techniques.
• Strong knife skills and working knowledge of basic kitchen techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and adaptability skills.
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering a high-quality product.
