You will assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring quality control, while maintaining clean, compliant work areas and coordinating with the team to drive productivity in a fast-paced supermarket packing department.

Qualifications

• Plan and supervise packing team activities and daily workflows.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and logs for quality and compliance.
• Support training, coaching, and performance counseling of Team Members.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance in the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, development, leading, and counseling of Team Members.
• Assist with and drive team productivity.
• Implement and ensure Team Members are adhering to Clean as you go.
• Prepare Team Members work schedules.
• Stand in for ATL/Team Leader in their absence.
• Participate in monthly physical inventory or as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitary operating environment.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory rules and standards (OSHA, FDA, etc.).
