Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a packing team member responsible for packing Bakehouse products according to set specifications and quality standards.

You will follow USDA/FDA guidelines, maintain accurate labeling and logs, and ensure safe operation of equipment. The role requires 18+ age, ability to work a rotating schedule, and strong attention to cost control and teamwork. Ideal candidates will understand bakery procedures, read basic English, perform basic math, and be able to lift

Qualifications

• Follow bakery procedures and policies.
• Adhere to USDA, FDA guidelines and logs (FSMA, HACCP).
• Maintain accurate packaging, labeling, dates, and case quantity.
• Follow safety regulations (OSHA).
• Complete trainings on equipment.
• Follow setup, production, and breakdown procedures.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Control costs through efficient use of Bakehouse products.
• Communicate with Leadership.
• Understand time/temperature indicator labels.
• Weigh, measure, and count products.
• Labeling accuracy and log updates.
• Proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Requisition products and packaging supplies.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Arrive on time and attend required meetings.
• Must be 18+.
