Job summary

Aspire Bakeries in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Cup Operator for the 2nd Shift to support the packaging process. You will operate equipment, help maintain product quality, and uphold GMP and safety standards on the bakery floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to function as a contributing member of a team.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, climb, bend, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to maintain accurate and consistent product specifications
• Ensure food products meet established quality, safety, and appearance standards
• Package products manually or using automated machinery to meet production targets
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in alignment with GMP and safety requirements
• Monitor equipment performance and communicate issues to production, maintenance, and quality teams
• Support a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with coworkers
• Follow assigned production schedules and running orders to meet shift goals
