Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery- Oven Relief on the 1st shift to execute precise baking processes, monitor quality from proofing through cooling, and support safe, efficient oven operations.

The role involves coordinating the oven area team, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement while adhering to GMPs, food safety, and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at the required production pace and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor product characteristics and process data.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor oven systems to ensure products meet baking profiles and quality standards.
• Inspect product quality from proofer plates to cooling conveyors.
• Coordinate and support oven area team members with assignments and daily direction.
• Maintain production and process control documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through root cause analysis and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
