Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery- Day Off Relief - 2nd Shift in Cayce, SC to support all phases of production and packaging. You will operate automated equipment, ensure product quality, and maintain food safety standards while helping achieve production goals.

This role provides production coverage across areas and broader bakery operations exposure. Shift is 2nd, 1:45pm-10:15pm, with weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Equipment operation and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work around equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure quality.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to maintain standards and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to production schedules, formulas, and operational requirements.
